Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the mobile game Pixel Tower Flow (the "Game") published by CraftUz. By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or modified clients.

2. Virtual items and in-app purchases

• The Game contains virtual items such as coins, boosters and upgrades. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policy.
• Permanent purchases (for example "No Ads" or rail upgrades) are restored automatically on the same Google account.
• Rewards from the Lucky Wheel are free (daily or for watching an optional ad); their chances are shown on the wheel.

3. Advertising

The Game shows ads provided by third parties. Rewarded ads are always optional. The "No Ads" purchase removes interstitial and banner ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time. We try to keep your progress, but progress stored only on your device may be lost if you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
