Privacy Policy
Effective date: 27 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CraftUz ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Pixel Tower Flow (package com.craftuz.pixeltowerflow, the "Game"). If you have any questions, contact us at sardoormeliev@gmail.com.
1. Summary
- The Game does not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and you do not need an account to play.
- Your game progress (levels, coins, settings) is stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases. Our advertising and analytics partners collect some device data (such as the advertising ID) as described below.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings.
2. Information collected
2.1 Information stored on your device
Game progress, purchases you made in the Game, sound/music/vibration settings and your language are saved locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our own servers.
2.2 Information collected automatically by partners (SDKs)
The Game uses third-party software development kits (SDKs). When you play, these SDKs may automatically collect and process:
- Device or other identifiers – advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), app set ID, IP address;
- Approximate location – country/region derived from the IP address;
- Device information – device model, operating system version, language, screen size, network type;
- App interactions – app launches, levels reached, ad views and ad clicks;
- Purchase history – in-app purchases made through Google Play (we never see your payment card details);
- Diagnostics – crash logs and performance data.
3. How the information is used
- to show ads, including personalised ads where you have given consent or where the law allows it, to limit how often you see the same ad and to measure ad performance;
- to process and restore in-app purchases;
- to measure the performance of our own advertising campaigns (for example, how many players installed the Game after seeing our ad on Facebook or Instagram);
- to understand how the Game is used, fix errors and improve the Game;
- to detect and prevent fraud.
4. Partners that receive information
| Partner | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play Services / Google Play Billing | app distribution, in-app purchases, in-app review | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) | advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention | How Google uses information from apps that use its services |
| Google User Messaging Platform | asking for and storing your privacy choices (consent) | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK, App Events only) | measurement of our own ad campaigns, analytics | facebook.com/privacy/policy |
| Unity Technologies (Unity engine, Unity IAP) | game engine, in-app purchases | unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy |
Ads in the Game are served by Google AdMob. Advertisers that buy ads through Google may receive information about ad views and clicks as described in Google's policies. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy. If we add new partners, we will update this list. We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform is shown on first launch. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads.
- Personalised ads: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- US state privacy rights: residents of California and other US states can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising by deleting the advertising ID as above, through Settings → Privacy Settings where this option is shown, or by contacting us.
- Access and deletion: because we do not keep your data on our servers, uninstalling the Game removes your local game data. To ask a partner to delete data linked to your advertising ID, contact us and we will forward the request, or contact the partner directly using the links above.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Data retention and security
Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Partners keep data for the periods stated in their own policies. Data sent by the Game and its SDKs is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
8. International transfers
Our partners may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, using legally recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
